When Can I Return or Exchange a Product?
You can return or exchange your product only under the following conditions:
You received a different product than what was listed on our website.
The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
Important Note:
The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
An unboxing video must be provided to verify the issue.
Returns are not allowed for personal preferences, like if the product is "not liked" or a "change of mind."
Why Has My Return Request Been Declined?
Your return or replacement request may be declined for the following reasons:
No unboxing video was provided.
The issue was reported after the 3-day window.
The reported issue is not valid for return under our policy.
The item was damaged by the customer after delivery.
Refund Policy:
If the return request is valid and accepted, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days after the product has been inspected and confirmed by our team.
Refunds are only issued for returned items that meet our return conditions (wrong or damaged product).
Refund & Replacement Time:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5 to 7 working days.
How to Return the Product:
We do not offer pick-up service.
You will receive a Courier Number (CN) via WhatsApp or email.
Please visit your nearest courier branch to return the product.
Return shipping is covered only if the issue is our fault (wrong or damaged product).
